Digital Product Policy & Refunds
Our products are delivered digitally. Please review the following policies regarding digital downloads and refunds before purchasing.
**Delivery**
- Most documents, packs and templates are available for immediate download after checkout. You will receive an email with a download link.
- Premium or bespoke products requiring manual preparation will be sent by email once they are ready. Delivery expectations are clearly stated on each product page.
**Digital Product Usage**
- Products purchased from Phoenix Health, Safety & Compliance are licensed for use within your own business only.
- You may edit and adapt editable files for your projects but you must not resell, redistribute or share our documents publicly or with third parties.
**Refund Policy**
- Due to the intangible nature of digital downloads, we generally do **not** offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you purchase a manual fulfilment product and we have not yet delivered it, you may contact us to request a cancellation and refund.
- For custom or bespoke documents, refunds are not available once work has commenced. We will always endeavour to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.
- If there is a problem with your order (such as file corruption or you received the wrong product), please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
