**Are your documents legally compliant?**
Our templates, packs and bundles are written by an experienced UK health and safety consultant to align with current regulations. They are intended as support documents and should be tailored to your specific business and reviewed by a competent person. They do not constitute legal advice.
**How will I receive my digital products?**
Most products are delivered instantly via download after checkout. Premium or custom products may be sent manually by email once they have been prepared. Delivery details are clearly stated on each product page.
**Can I edit the documents?**
Yes—many of our packs include editable Word or Excel files so you can customise them for your projects. The product description will state whether files are editable or PDF only.
**Do you create custom documents?**
Absolutely. If you need a bespoke toolbox talk, site form or compliance pack, you can purchase a custom request product or contact us for a tailored quote. We’ll discuss your requirements and prepare documents specifically for your business.
**What is your refund policy?**
As our products are digital and delivered immediately, we generally don’t offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you have purchased a manual fulfilment product and haven’t received it yet, please contact us to discuss options.
**How long does manual fulfilment take?**
For bespoke or premium products, we aim to deliver within 1–2 working days of your order. We’ll keep you informed of progress and provide a realistic timeframe.
